Reproducing, redistributing, or using the commissioned work commercially outside of its intended use as per prior agreement is prohibited.

Only the client may use the commissioned work. The client cannot claim the work as their own.

Studio Seraph retains the right to use all commissioned work for its benefit. (Ex: Portfolio Gallery)

Studio Seraph retains the right to decline commission requests for any reason.

NSFW requests are not accepted.
✧ Workflow & Timeline ✧

After submitting your commission request, please expect a response within 3 days. If 3 days have passed and you have not heard back (be sure to check spam filter / message requests first), please submit your request again.

In general, delivery is expected 4~5 weeks after the invoice is paid in full. Commissions smaller in scale may take less time while larger ones may take more time. Studio Seraph does not begin work until the invoice is paid in full.

Studio Seraph's creative process is extremely streamlined. After accepting a request, an initial consultation will be held with the client to discuss vision and make sure we are on the same page in regards to aesthetics, colors, designs, references, etc. It is important to provide as much information as possible during the request and consultation stage if there is something specific you want to see. Studio Seraph does not provide WIP or status updates during the creation phase, so if there are no specific instructions we will use artistic discretion.

Up to 2 free minor revisions are provided (ex: color change, typeface change, removing elements) and can usually be done within a day. Additional minor revisions as well as major overhauls are subject to extra cost and will need to be discussed depending on complexity.

If you do not respond after the initial consultation or the invoice is not paid in 3 days, Studio Seraph will assume you are no longer interested and you will have to go through the order process again. Your request may not be accepted again depending on workload or other circumstances.

After delivery, Studio Seraph will keep project files for 7 days. If we do not hear back from you within this time frame, we will assume the commission is finished and further communication / revision will need to be done through a new order.
✧ Payment & Refunds ✧

All prices are in $USD and payment is done through Paypal's invoicing system.

Prices are subject to increases in the future, if you would like to lock in the current prices you must place an order in the current time.

Studio Seraph does not start work on any orders until the full payment is received.

Studio Seraph does not accept refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks unless we fail to deliver your commission in 3 months (90 days). Across the span of hundreds of orders we have never failed to deliver on time, so please only request a commission if you are sure you would like to order.
